What type of hair is used?

We use 100% human hair. Malaysian, Vietnamese, European, Chinese, and other quality 100% human hair.


Can I wash and apply heat to my wig?

Yes. Our wigs are made with 100% human hair, so it can be treated and cared for like your natural hair.


Do you offer custom services?

Does the hair blend with my natural hair?

Our wigs and toppers can blend with any texture and ethnicity of hair. During your consultation, we'll show you different hair types and colors.


Can I dye my hair?

Our is 100% human hair. Therefore, it can be rinsed, bleached, and dyed all different shades and hues of colors. However, we strongly recommend that a licensed professional color the hair for you.


How long does it take to make a custom wig or hair system?

Depending on the style, base type and other options, we make custom pieces within 4 to 6 weeks.


What does density mean?

Density refers to how thick you want your custom wig or hair system? Although this is a personal choice, most men and women prefer light to medium density for a more natural look.


I have a high forehead. Will my hair system start way back?

No. We have made a My New Hairline Base net that's ideal for your hair situation. It will give you a normal hairline.


Can I wear my lace wig in a high ponytail?

Absolutely. You'll first need to ensure that your adhesive is around the full perimeter of your head. You will also need a cap that's constructed with lace around the perimeter.


What happens if I'm allergic to the adhesives and tapes?

As with any new product that you may use, we recommend doing a skin test. This will help you determine if you are allergic to the ingredients or material. Most customers have no problem with the adhesive or tape. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to try a medical adhesive.


What type of wig cap construction do you offer?

We make wigs with various types of cap constructions. This include monofilament, lace front, hand-tied, weft, and more.
